By default when you click the Pick Winners button for a second time it will replace the existing winners. Now you can easily pick additional winners by setting the Add winners to existing ones option to ON.
Another enchantment is that you can manually set any entry as a winner or invalidate existing winners from the Winners column with a single click. If the Winners column is not visible you can enable it from the gear icon on the Entries page.
