1. Our Services
Welcome to the Woorise website, (collectively referred to as “Woorise” or the “Site” in these Terms of Service) is owned and operated by Woorise, Likovriseos 22 Athens, Greece ( which will be referred to herein as either “Woorise” or “we”, “us” or “our”). Woorise provides Facebook enabled applications, websites and other online services to enable its business clients (Sponsors) to operate sweepstakes, giveaways, promotions, websites, website plugins, Facebook page apps, surveys, polls, and other market data gathering activities, collectively called Promotions or Services.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service.
- All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
- You are 13 years of age and older.
- Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Use of the Services is void where prohibited.
5. Your Account
You can create an account with us by registering on the Site or by adding our application through other websites. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the account, username or password of another User at any time or to disclose your password to any third party or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect violation of these terms or that registration information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may terminate your User account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the Services. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or any third party that may be incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your account, or otherwise.
6. Fees and Subscription Plans
Services are available on monthly or yearly subscription plans (“Paid Services”). When you subscribe for Paid Services, the seller of these services and the party you are contracting with is Woorise, Likovriseos 22 Athens, Greece. Your subscription is billed in advance and will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription or cancel the subscription from your Account. The subscription fee will be charged to the Payment Method (defined below) last used by you. If you would like the payment for the renewal to be made through a different Payment Method or if you do not wish to renew the subscription, you agree to inform us at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee and to charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any changes to fees for Paid Services that are not temporary or promotional will be effective thirty (30) days after we provide you with notice by posting such changes on the Site. The changes shall only apply prospectively to the Paid Services you’ve purchased. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan. Information on the subscription options and charges for all paid Services is available at https://woorise.com/pricing. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in United States Dollar (USD).
7. Refund Policy
Woorise is a subscription-based service. When you upgrade to a paid plan you will continue to be charged until you downgrade your plan back to Free.
Based on our current policy, we can provide a refund on your latest charge if:
- You have no active campaigns running.
- You have not used any paid feature within the current billing period.
- Your previous campaigns ended before your plan’s renewal date.
We do not currently provide any refunds for credits or Yearly subscriptions, unless you cancel within the first month without running a live campaign.
Processing fees from our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) are not refunded.
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Paid Services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. You authorize Woorise to charge your PayPal or financial institution account (herein “Payment Method”) for all charges to your accounts with Woorise. When you provide a Payment Method to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that Payment Method. You also authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information. When you make a purchase, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the Payment Method you designate for the transaction.
If your Payment Method fails or your account is past due:
- You agree to pay all amounts due on your account upon demand and reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted.
- Woorise may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms (this includes charging other payment methods on file with us).
- We reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your Paid Services or your account with us, including deletion of your account. You agree to submit any disputes regarding any charge to your account in writing to Woorise within thirty (30) days of such charge, otherwise such dispute will be waived and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge.
9. Third Party Websites and Services
These Terms of Service apply to all Users and Entrants of the Woorise websites and/or the Sponsor’s services and websites, collectively, the Sites, including Users who are also contributors of user submitted content, information, and other materials or services on the websites and/or the services.
10. Beta Services
We may offer certain Services as closed or open beta services (“Beta Services”) for the purpose of testing and evaluation. You agree that we have the sole authority and discretion to determine the period of time for testing and evaluation of Beta Services. You will be under no obligation to acquire a subscription to use any Paid Services (defined below) as a result of your subscription to any Beta Service. We reserve the right to fully or partially discontinue, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, any of the Beta Services with or without notice to you.
11. Changes to Services
The Services may not be available during system maintenance which is normally scheduled for limited time each month and you will receive respective notification at least 5 days before system maintenance starting time. Woorise may make modifications to its features or any Services (including adding and deleting features) to comply with laws and regulations or to enhance or update the Services or the Software used to provide them. Woorise may also change its price list without prior notice. Woorise owns all the proprietary rights and interests in the Services and Services websites.
12. Suspension or Termination of the Services
You may terminate your account and end your use of the Services at any time and for any or no reason. Woorise has the right (at its sole discretion) for any reason to delete, disable or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Services, remove and discard any Content within any account or anywhere on the Site or shut down an account, with or without notice, and with no liability of any kind to you.
If you terminate your account, we will have no obligation to refund you any fees you may have paid except as may be required by applicable law. Upon deactivating your account, this Agreement terminates and your access rights to the Site and any Services immediately cease to exist. Woorise’s rights survive the termination of this Agreement.
13. Intellectual Property
The content on the Website and the Services, except all User Submissions (as defined below), including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, pictures, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like (“Content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are either owned by or licensed to Woorise or the Sponsors, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under domestic and foreign laws and international conventions. Content on the Website is provided to you “AS IS” for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. Woorise reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Submissions of third parties obtained through the Website for any commercial purposes. If you download or print a copy of the Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict use of copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Website, the Services or the Content therein.
Woorise respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. You, therefore, agree that any content in your User Submission that you post to the Service does not and will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or rights of privacy. It is important that you understand that you are in the best position to know if the content you post is legally allowed. Woorise may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide us with the following information:
- The electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

14. Warranty Disclaimer
The information on our website is provided on an “as is,” “as available” basis. You agree that your use of our website is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, any express warranties, statutory warranties, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will always be available, access will be uninterrupted, be error-free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in our website will be corrected.
15. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Woorise its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Woorise has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Services, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the Services or any other matter relating to the Services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with Woorise related to any of the Services shall be termination of such Service. In no event shall Woorise’s entire liability to you in respect of any Service, whether direct or indirect, exceed the fees paid by you towards such Service in the previous twelve (12) months.
16. General Terms
Law and Arbitration. These Terms of Service and your relationship with Woorise shall be governed by the laws of Greece without regard to its conflict of laws provisions and any related dispute shall be settled by the competent Courts of Athens – Greece.
