1. Our Services
Welcome to the Woorise website (referred to as “Woorise” or the “Site” throughout these Terms of Service). The Site is owned and operated by Woorise, located at Harilaou Trikoupi 34, Metamorfosi 14452, Athens, Greece. In these Terms, “Woorise,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company and its services.
Woorise provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables individuals and businesses (“Sponsors”) to create and manage interactive campaigns, including but not limited to landing pages, lead generation forms, surveys, polls, quizzes, giveaways, contests, websites, website widgets, and other data collection or marketing tools. These offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services” or “Promotions.”
Our Services are designed to help Sponsors engage with their audiences, collect data, promote their brands, and achieve marketing and business objectives in a compliant and efficient manner.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using the Woorise Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This applies whether you are a “Member” (a user who has registered for an account) or a “Visitor” (a user who accesses the Site or any related websites, widgets, applications, or services without registering). The term “User” refers to both Members and Visitors.
These Terms of Service, along with any additional guidelines, policies, or legal notices posted by Woorise—including our Privacy Policy—govern your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms or any referenced policies, you must not use or access the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, “you” and “your” will also refer to that entity.
3. Eligibility
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use the Services under any circumstances.
- You are fully able and competent to enter into, abide by, and comply with these Terms of Service, including all conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth herein.
- All registration information you provide is truthful, current, and accurate, and you agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.
- Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to data protection, marketing, or promotional laws in your jurisdiction.
Use of the Services is void where prohibited by law.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Woorise Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, process, store, and disclose your personal information when you access or use our Services.
The Privacy Policy explains your rights and choices with respect to your personal data, as well as how you can contact us with any privacy-related questions or concerns. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
If you do not agree with the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.
5. Your Account
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account either by registering on the Site or by authorizing access through third-party platforms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party, use another user’s account, or engage in any activity that may compromise the security of your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Woorise will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, provided false or outdated registration information, or engaged in any activity that may harm Woorise, its users, or its reputation.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
6. Fees and Subscription Plans
Certain features of the Services are available through monthly or yearly subscription plans (“Paid Services”). When you subscribe to a Paid Service, you are entering into a contract with Woorise, located at Harilaou Trikoupi 34, Metamorfosi 14452, Athens, Greece.
Your subscription will be billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection), unless you cancel your subscription or notify us at least seven (7) days before the renewal date. You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The subscription fee will be charged to your most recently used Payment Method. If you wish to use a different Payment Method for renewal or discontinue your subscription, you must update your account or notify us in advance.
Woorise reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce charges for previously free features. Any such changes will take effect 30 days after notice is provided via email or posted on our Site. These changes will apply prospectively and will not affect subscriptions already paid for.
You will not be charged for any Paid Service unless you have explicitly chosen a paid plan. Detailed pricing and subscription information is available at https://woorise.com/pricing. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Trial Plan
Woorise offers a Trial Plan that grants Users full access to platform features for evaluation purposes. However, the Trial Plan does not allow Users to launch or publish live campaigns.
At any time during or after the Trial period, Users must upgrade to a Paid Subscription Plan to launch live campaigns or collect live data. Woorise reserves the right to modify, limit, or terminate the Trial Plan at any time without prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
Woorise is a subscription-based service. When you upgrade to a Paid Plan, your subscription will automatically renew and you will continue to be billed until you cancel or pause your subscription through your account settings.
We may offer a refund for your most recent charge under the following conditions:
- You have no active or published campaigns at the time of your refund request.
- You have not used any paid features during the current billing cycle.
- Your previous campaigns ended before the current renewal date of your plan.
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- You are on a Yearly plan and more than 30 days have passed since the initial purchase.
- You have used any live or paid feature during the current billing period.
- You request a refund for credit purchases or partial billing periods.
If you are on a Yearly plan and cancel within the first 30 days without running any live campaigns, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by our providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected].
8. Payments
You are responsible for paying all fees and any applicable taxes related to your use of the Paid Services in a timely manner using a valid and authorized payment method (a “Payment Method”).
By providing a Payment Method (such as a credit or debit card, PayPal, or another supported method), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You authorize Woorise and our third-party payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) to charge your selected Payment Method for all applicable fees, including recurring subscription renewals. You also consent to the secure storage of your Payment Method and transaction details by these third-party providers for billing and account management purposes.
Woorise does not store your credit or debit card information on its own servers. All sensitive payment data is securely handled and stored by certified third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, in accordance with industry-leading security standards (e.g., PCI DSS compliance).
If your Payment Method fails or your account becomes delinquent:
- You agree to promptly pay all amounts due.
- You are responsible for reimbursing Woorise for any chargebacks, reversals, claims, fees, fines, or penalties incurred due to non-payment or unauthorized transactions.
- Woorise may attempt to collect unpaid amounts using any valid Payment Method linked to your account or through lawful collection methods.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Paid Services or delete your account in the event of non-payment.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge by contacting [email protected]. After this period, the charge will be deemed final and not subject to dispute.
9. Third Party Websites and Services
These Terms of Service apply to all users and entrants of the Woorise websites, as well as to visitors of any websites, services, or promotions hosted or facilitated through Woorise on behalf of third parties or Sponsors. This includes users who contribute content, information, or other materials to such platforms.
Promotions or campaigns hosted on Woorise may contain links to Sponsor or third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Woorise. In some cases, to access certain features of a promotion, you may be required to create an account with a Sponsor or third party, or enter into a separate relationship with them. Woorise does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy practices, or business operations of any Sponsor or third-party site.
Although we encourage Sponsors and third parties to comply with applicable advertising and marketing laws, including FTC regulations, Woorise cannot guarantee or verify compliance. You acknowledge and agree that Woorise is not responsible or liable for any third-party content, policies, or services, and you release Woorise from all liability arising from your use of such third-party websites or services. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service or website you access.
Sponsors and media partners distribute promotions and related media using Woorise tools and services. As a user or entrant, you understand and agree that Sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring their promotions comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Before entering any promotion, you should carefully review the Sponsor’s official rules, privacy policy, and any other terms or conditions linked or referenced. You are required to agree to the Sponsor’s terms before participating.
Woorise does not sponsor, administer, or endorse promotions hosted by third parties or Sponsors and is not responsible for their conduct, terms, or legal compliance. If a Sponsor requires you to submit personally identifiable information to participate in a promotion, any data you provide may be used both by the Sponsor (according to their privacy policy) and by Woorise in accordance with our own Privacy Policy and Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that Woorise is not responsible for how a Sponsor collects, uses, or shares your information. Please consult each Sponsor’s promotion rules and privacy policy for full details.
You further agree to hold harmless Woorise, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to your participation in any promotion, and the posting or removal of content or user-submitted materials on the Site.
In addition, Woorise may integrate with or provide links to third-party platforms, applications, or services to enhance functionality. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You acknowledge and agree that Woorise is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any such third-party service. We encourage you to review their terms before using those features.
10. Beta Services
From time to time, we may offer certain features or functionality as part of a closed or open testing phase (“Beta Services”) for the purposes of evaluation, feedback, and performance testing.
By participating in any Beta Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Beta Services are provided on a temporary and experimental basis and may be incomplete or subject to change.
- Woorise retains sole discretion to determine the scope, functionality, and duration of any Beta Service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.
- Participation in Beta Services does not obligate you to purchase or subscribe to any Paid Services once the beta period ends.
- Beta Services may be subject to separate terms or limitations, which will be made available at the time of participation.
Your use of Beta Services is voluntary and is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
11. Changes to Services
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least five (5) days in advance of any planned maintenance that may impact service availability. Scheduled maintenance is typically limited in duration and conducted during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
Woorise reserves the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or otherwise make changes to any part of the Services, including adding, removing, or altering features or functionalities. Such changes may be made to comply with legal requirements, improve user experience, enhance performance, or update the software and infrastructure that power the Services.
Woorise may also update its pricing structure or subscription offerings at any time and without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in your existing agreement.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the software, websites, and all related intellectual property, remain the sole property of Woorise.
12. Suspension or Termination of the Services
You may terminate your account and discontinue your use of the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, by following the account cancellation procedures within your account settings.
Woorise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, blocking your email address or IP address, removing any content associated with your account, or deleting your account entirely. Grounds for termination may include, without limitation, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any conduct that Woorise determines may harm the integrity, security, or functionality of the Services or its users.
In the event you terminate your account, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees previously paid, unless required by applicable law or as otherwise set forth in our Refund Policy.
Upon termination or deactivation of your account, this agreement will end and your right to access the Services will immediately cease. However, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations—will remain in effect.
