List some characteristics of the person you are becoming. What does this version of you feel like? What attitudes, behaviors and beliefs does this new version of you have?
Type out the Mantra you came up with. This starts with “I am….”
Write 3 things you are committed to doing that channel the emotions in your mantra.*
Write one big thing (requires more extensive planning), a smaller thing (easily achievable with some planning) and a daily thing. Set a deadline for each.
