Introducing Kiosk Mode: Perfect for Events and In-Store Campaigns

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature in Woorise — Kiosk Mode. Designed especially for events, trade shows, conferences, or any in-person activation, Kiosk Mode helps you collect multiple form submissions quickly and seamlessly from a single device.

What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk Mode automatically reloads your form page after each submission, so it’s instantly ready for the next participant. This makes it ideal for shared tablets, booths, or any setup where multiple people need to submit the same form in succession — without manual refreshes or staff intervention.

You can enable this option while creating or editing a confirmation message by going to Form → Confirmations → Kiosk Mode and turning on the “Reload page after submission” setting. The page will automatically reload 5 seconds after each submission, ready for the next participant.

When to use Kiosk Mode

Here are a few real-world ideas and examples where Kiosk Mode can make your campaigns more efficient:

  • Event check-ins: Let attendees register or check in at the entrance using a shared tablet. Once one person completes the form, it reloads automatically for the next guest.
  • Giveaways or contests at booths: Collect entries during expos or fairs using one device. Each participant submits their entry, and the form resets itself for the next person.
  • Feedback or rating stations: Place tablets at event exits or product demo areas for quick feedback. Kiosk Mode ensures everyone gets a fresh form each time.
  • Lead capture at conferences: Collect contact details from visitors who stop by your stand — no need to reopen or refresh the form after each entry.
  • Training sessions or workshops: Use one form to record attendance or feedback from multiple participants using the same laptop or tablet.
  • Customer feedback kiosks: Place a tablet at your checkout counter or near the exit so customers can quickly rate their experience or leave a review before they leave.
  • Loyalty program sign-ups: Let shoppers join your rewards program in-store with ease — one customer signs up, the page reloads, and it’s ready for the next.
  • Product demo or tasting stations: If you’re running in-store demos or free sample events, use Kiosk Mode to let visitors vote for their favorite product or join your mailing list instantly.
  • Appointment or service check-ins: For salons, clinics, or service centers, customers can check in on arrival via a shared tablet. After submission, the form resets automatically for the next visitor.
