Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. The Sponsor is: Treasure Chest Themed Value Mail Inc whose registered office is at 211 East 70th St, Floor 20E, NY 10021 .
2. Employees of Treasure Chest – The World’s Greatest Vacations, Swan Hellenic (the “Prize Provider”) or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the sweepstakes or helping to set up the sweepstakes shall not be permitted to enter the sweepstakes.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.

5. Sweepstakes start on March 21st, 2024. Closing date for entry will be September 15th, 2024. After this date no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. If an event outside Sponsor’s control disrupts the security, proper play, or administration of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes and these terms and conditions without notice.
8. Sponsor will provide notice of any changes to the sweepstakes to entrants as soon as reasonably practical.
9. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right, due to unavailability, to substitute any advertised prize with another of equivalent value.
11. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
12. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to disqualify the potential winner and pick an alternate winner.
13. The Sponsor will notify winners when and where the prize can be collected.
14. The Sponsor’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the sweepstakes will be final and binding.
15. By entering this sweepstakes, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the courts of New York County, New York.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope within 30 days of the closing date to the following address: 211 East 70th St, Floor 20E, NY 10021

20. By entering the sweepstakes you agree to receive our weekly email newsletter featuring a curated selection of the best travel deals. You may unsubscribe at any time, and you will remain eligible to win this sweepstakes.
21. In connection with the sweepstakes, the Prize Provider and Treasure Chest are collecting personal data provided by entrants on the postcards in accordance with their respective policies. Please review the Prize Provider’s privacy policy located at https://www.swanhellenic.com/privacy, and Treasure Chest’s privacy policy located at https://theworldsgreatestmarketing.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Prize Provider’s and Treasure Chest’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted each of their privacy policies, including for purposes of contacting you with promotional emails, physical mailings and phone calls.
22. By entering your physical mailing address you agree to join The World’s Greatest Vacations mailing list. You will receive exclusive offers from our partners and features.
23. Entries are open to residents of the United States ages 21 and over, void where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrants must provide their first and last names and a valid e-mail address, as well as a valid physical mailing address.
24. PRIZE:

This prize covers one voyage fare for two guests on a 8-13 night cruise on any of our published cruises for 2025 provided by the Prize Provider.

Promotions are not combinable with this prize.

Stateroom will be confirmed at the discretion of Swan Hellenic within 90 days of sailing.

Please note that the cruise is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.

Cruise prize must be completed in 2025.

All reservations and Cruise arrangements including, without limitation, the dates, and time choices are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No alternative cruise dates are available or prize may be forfeited. All prize details are subject to availability and restrictions such as, blackout dates, including holidays may apply. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure unless the companion is the child of winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to cruise activities and all other prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must cruise on same itinerary. Guest must (or guest’s parent or legal guardian if guest is an eligible minor in his/her state of residence) sign and return a cruise/publicity release before any ticketing of cruise occurs. The winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents) required for Cruise. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the Swan Hellenic guest ticket contract. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to embark winner or guest, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, winner or guest, or any minor or other person in winner or guest’s care during the Cruise, are unfit for any reason for the cruise. Actual value of trip may vary based on selection of Cruise and point of departure. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to all costs in excess of the maximum value of the gift card, are the Winner’s sole responsibility, regardless of whether a prize is used in whole or in part.

All prize details not specified in the Official Rules of all prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Limit: One prize per person/email address. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes connected with receipt of prize, the use and enjoyment of prize, or any other connection with this Sweepstakes. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes and he/she may receive IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of prize.

25. By accepting a prize, each prize winner accepts (and agrees to confirm in writing) the inherently dangerous nature and risk in air, land and sea travel, including personal injury and/or death, acknowledges that his/her participation in the prize event and/or use of any prize awarded in connection with this contest is voluntary, acknowledges that there are natural factors and occurrences which may impact on or affect the safety of the activities he/she is participating in and he/she assumes the risk of such factors and occurrences and agrees that releases shall not be in any way responsible for any resulting injury and/or death.
