How to Enter:

Do something kind for someone else — any small or big act that helps or uplifts someone.
Submit a short video (30 seconds or less) showing your act of Kindness .

OR

Include a written description (200 words or less) of what you did.
And specify where you heard about the contest (e.g., radio station or SLTV Channel).

Contest Dates:

Monthly Contest begins April 1st, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET

The first winner will be announced July 4th,2026

Winner to be announced on The Stu & Laurie After Dark at the end of each month.

SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of S&L Productions Inc., participating radio stations, and affiliates are not eligible to win.

Promotion Period: Monthly Contest begins at 12:01 AM ET onApril 1, 2026 . Winner to be announced on The Stu & Laurie After Dark at the end of each month.

How to Enter:
Participants must perform a random act of kindness and submit :

A video (30 seconds or less) showing or describing the act

OR

Describing the act and written description (200 words or fewer)

IMPORTANT: Each entry must include where the participant heard about the contest (e.g., radio station, SLTV Channel, etc.). Entries that do not include this required information will be disqualified.

Judging Criteria:
All eligible entries will be judged by the S&L Productions Inc. team. Winner will be selected based on:

Creativity
Impact
Authenticity

All judging decisions are final.

Grand Prize Disclosures:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Plus round-trip travel and lodging to Florida to appear live on The Stu & Laurie After Dark.

Taxes and Winner Responsibilities:
Winner is responsible for:

Federal, state, and local taxes
Vehicle registration, insurance, and any associated fees

A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for the fair market value of the prize. Winner must complete and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, and publicity release prior to claiming the prize.

Publicity Release:
By entering, participants agree that S&L Productions Inc. and its affiliates may use their name, likeness, video, and written content for promotional purposes in perpetuity without further compensation.

Florida Compliance Notice:
This promotion is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. A surety bond in the amount of $25,390 has been filed as required by Florida Statute §849.094.

California Compliance Notice:
This promotion is registered with the California Attorney General’s Office. A surety bond in the amount of $25,390 has been filed as required by California Business and Professions Code §17539.1. A winners list will be filed within 10 days of the prize award.

Legal and General Terms:
S&L Productions Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest due to technical or legal issues beyond its control. The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and State of California.
