Terms & Conditions 

• The SG Bike Summer Challenge will run from 1 June 2022, 0001 hours to 3 July 2022, 2359 hours, GMT +8.
• The Summer Challenge is organised by SG Bike Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”), which shall be responsible for the execution and administration of this Challenge.
• The Summer Challenge will run according to the length of time set out by the Organiser and may be subjected to changes.
• Only users who have registered for the Ride Challenge and Surprise Giveaway via https://go.sgbike.com.sg/summer2022 will be entitled to a prize.
• Participation in the contest is subjected to the Terms & Conditions set out herein, and any other Terms & Conditions set out on https://go.sgbike.com.sg/summer2022 (and may be amended from time to time, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”).
• Entry into this Challenge is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. 
• The Challenge is open to only Singapore citizens, permanent residents, international students, and holders of valid work permits residing in Singapore. All participants should be aged 18 years and above.
• By participating in this Challenge, each participant hereby represents and warrants that:
  • He/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions and he/she is either:
  • Participating in this Challenge in his/her own personal capacity; or
  • Contracting as a parent or guardian of a child or ward who is less than 18 years old and who is participating in this Challenge, in which event he/she agrees as to his/her parent/guardian, both in his/her personal capacity and on behalf of his/her child/ward, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to be liable for his/her child’s/ward’s acts and omissions while participating in the Challenge, and he/she also agrees to ensure that his/her child or ward observes these Terms & Conditions.
  • All of the information provided by the participant to SG Bike Pte Ltd (including without limitation personal particulars and contact information) is accurate and complete.
• To opt-out from the Challenge after signing up, please send an email to [email protected]
• SG Bike employees, corporate partner employees (i.e foodpanda riders under the free rental agreement), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. SG Bike reserves the right but does not have the obligation to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant disqualifies his/her entry.
• Participants shall bear their own costs and expenses incurred in relation to and/or arising from their participation in the Contest. SG Bike is not liable for any such costs whatsoever, and no reimbursement may be sought from SG Bike.
• The selection of winners of the Ride Challenge shall be based on the points criteria listed. The participant who accumulated the most points by the end of the campaign period (3 July 2022, 2359) will win the listed prize.
  • For each Standard trip completed, the participant earns one point. For each Premium trip completed, the participant earns four points. Trips should be of at least 5 minutes.
  • In the event where there are multiple participants tied on points for the top spot, the number of Premium trips completed will be used as tiebreaker.
• Only cycling trips completed after registration will be taken into consideration for this challenge.
• The selection of winner for the Photo Contest shall be based on the most creative photos posted on Instagram within the contest period.
  • Participant’s Instagram account must be set to “Public” for photo submission to be qualified as an entry.
  • SG Bike must determine that photos submitted are unique for photo submission to be qualified as an entry.
  • The total number of entries submitted by each participant will be held by SG Bike and not disclosed to participants unless on request.
• The listed prizes are (1) 2 vouchers, each for a 2-day-1-night Deluxe Room stay in a Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, and (2) 2 vouchers for 1-for-1 Melt Café Weekday Lunch Buffet.
• The hotel vouchers are valid for stays upon collection from SG Bike to 31 August 2022.
• The two winners for the Surprise Giveaway shall be the riders who complete the 3000^th and 5000^th trip respectively, between 13 June, 0001 hours and 26 June, 2359 hours.
• The two winners of the Surprise Giveaway will each win a 1-for-1 Melt Café Weekday Lunch Buffet Voucher, which is valid from the date of redemption till 29 July 2022.
• Each participant only has the chance to win one of the listed prize. Terms and conditions apply for the hotel and Melt Café vouchers.
• All illustrations of prizes are for reference purposes only, actual colour and packaging might be different from illustration.
• SG Bike reserves the right to substitute any prize listed to another prize of similar value if there are reasonable reasons to do so.
• No warranty is provided by the organiser for any of the prizes given.
• Any cheating, manipulating, or attempt to cheat and/or manipulate the system in any ways to obtain a chance in the contest will result in an automatic full disqualification of the participant in the contest. SG Bike reserve the right to claw back the prizes / monetary compensation
• SG Bike will reach out directly to the winner of the Ride Challenge through their registered phone number and/or email addresses.
• SG Bike will reach out directly to the winner of the Photo Contest via Instagram Direct Message.
• The judges’ decision in all matters relating to the Summer Challenge is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
• All prizes must be claimed personally with proof of identification provided at the time of entry. In the event of any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
• Winners are responsible for collecting the prizes in person where no other collection methods are allowed, arranging transport, delivery and insurance of his/her own prize, and all taxes, charges, levies, fees and all other charges in relation thereto.
• ​Failure to redeem his/her prize by the stipulated timeline after 3 reminders (or within 7 days from first communication) or to produce the required documents for identification upon notification will result in forfeited at the sole discretion of SG Bike, or the picking of the new winner.
• SG Bike shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the contest, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims in regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and their respective terms & conditions.
• SG Bike reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is in breach of any of Terms & Conditions.
• SG Bike reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice, and participants shall be bound to such changes.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the Singapore Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
