Terms & Conditions

The SG Bike Cycleland Challenge will run from 16th December 2021, 0001 hours to 23rd January 2022, 2359 hours, GMT +8.
The Cycleland Challenge is organised by SG Bike Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”), which shall be responsible for the execution and administration of this Challenge.
The Cycleland Challenge will run according to the length of time set out by the Organiser and may be subjected to changes.
Only users who have registered for the Cycleland Challenge via www.sgbike.com.sg/cyclelandchallenge will be entitled to a prize.
Participation in the contest is subjected to the Terms & Conditions set out herein, and any other Terms & Conditions set out on www.sgbike.com.sg/cyclelandchallenge (and may be amended from time to time, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”).
Entry into this Challenge is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.
The Challenge is open to only Singapore citizens, permanent residents, international students, and holders of valid work permits residing in Singapore. All participants should be aged 18 years and above.
By participating in this Challenge, each participant hereby represents and warrants that:
- He/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions and he/she is either:
- Participating in this Challenge in his/her own personal capacity; or
- Contracting as a parent or guardian of a child or ward who is less than 18 years old and who is participating in this Challenge, in which event he/she agrees as to his/her parent/guardian, both in his/her personal capacity and on behalf of his/her child/ward, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to be liable for his/her child’s/ward’s acts and omissions while participating in the Challenge, and he/she also agrees to ensure that his/her child or ward observes these Terms & Conditions.
- All of the information provided by the participant to SG Bike Pte Ltd (including without limitation personal particulars and contact information) is accurate and complete.

SG Bike employees, corporate partner employees (i.e foodpanda riders under the free rental agreement), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. SG Bike reserves the right but does not have the obligation to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant disqualifies his/her entry.
Participants shall bear their own costs and expenses incurred in relation to and/or arising from their participation in the Contest. SG Bike is not liable for any such costs whatsoever, and no reimbursement may be sought from SG Bike.
The selection of winners shall be based on the cycling criteria listed. Participants who cycled for at least 3 unique days, 5 unique days, 10 unique days, 15 unique days, as well as the highest number of unique days cycled (all trips to be at least 10 minutes) within the Cycleland Challenge period will win the prizes from the tiers listed. The day of the trip is determined based on the date and time of unlock in the SG Bike app.
- For clarity and example, cycling three trips of 10 minutes on 20th December 2021 will only count as 1 unique day. Cycling one trip of 3 minutes on 20th December 2021 will count as 0 unique day.
Only cycling trips taken after registration (via www.sgbike.com.sg/cyclelandchallenge) will be taken into consideration for this challenge.
The bonus giveaway will be conducted at a later date, no later than 2 months from the end of the contest.
By submitting an entry in the bonus giveaway, you agree to share your experience and data above with SG Bike, which may be subjected to review and editorial review, before publishing and/or any further marketing usage and display
Instructions will be provided to all qualified participants (i.e any participants who signed up for Cycleland Challenge), it will be a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each participant only has the chance to win one prize from the tiers listed for the Cycleland Challenge.
Tier 1 shall be for the top user only, subjected to a first come first serve basis of earliest completion time, at the discretion of SG Bike.
The total number of entries submitted by each participant will be held by SG Bike and not disclosed to participants unless on request.
All illustrations of prizes are for reference purposes only, actual colour and packaging might be different from illustration.
SG Bike reserves the right to substitute any prize listed to another prize of similar value if there are reasonable reasons to do so.
No warranty is provided by the organiser for any of the prizes given.
Any cheating, manipulating, or attempt to cheat and/or manipulate the system in any ways to obtain a chance in the lucky draw contest will result in an automatic full disqualification of the participant in the contest.
SG Bike will reach out directly to the winners through their registered phone number and/or email addresses.
The judges’ decision in all matters relating to the Cycleland Challenge is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
All prizes must be claimed personally with proof of identification provided at the time of entry. In the event of any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
Winners are responsible for arranging transport, delivery and insurance of his/her own prize, and all taxes, charges, levies, fees and all other charges in relation thereto.
Failure to redeem his/her prize by the stipulated timeline after 3 reminders (or within 45 days from first communication) or to produce the required documents for identification upon notification will result in forfeited at the sole discretion of SG Bike.
SG Bike shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the contest, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims in regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and their respective terms & conditions.
SG Bike reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is in breach of any of Terms & Conditions.
SG Bike reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice, and participants shall be bound to such changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the Singapore Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
