1. The SG Bike Birthday Giveaway  (the “Giveaway”) will run from 1st August 2020, 0001 hours to 13th September 2020, 2359 hours, GMT +8.
2. The contest is organised by SG Bike Pte Ltd (the “Organiser”), which shall be responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
3. The Contest will run according to the length of time set out by the Organiser and may be subjected to changes.
4. Only users who have registered for the giveaway via www.sgbike.com.sg/giveaway will be entitled to the giveaway. 
5. Participation in the contest is subjected to the Terms & Conditions set out herein, and any other Terms & Conditions set out on http://www.sgbike.com.sg/giveaway (and may be amended from time to time, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”).
6. Entry into this Contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. 
7. The contest is open to only Singapore citizens, permanent residents, international students, and holders of valid work permits residing in Singapore. All participants should be aged 18 years and above.
8. By participating in this Contest, each participant hereby represents and warrants that:
9. He/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions and he/she is either:
10. Participating in this Contest in his/her own personal capacity; or
11. Contracting as a parent or guardian of a child or ward who is less than 18 years old and who is participating in this Contest, in which event he/she agrees as to his/her parent/guardian, both in his/her personal capacity and on behalf of his/her child/ward, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to be liable for his/her child’s/ward’s acts and omissions while participating in the Contest, and he/she also agrees to ensure that his/her child or ward observes these Terms & Conditions.
12. All of the information provided by the participant to SG Bike Pte Ltd (including without limitation personal particulars and contact information) is accurate and complete.
13. Auto-renewal for 30 Days Ride Pass Plan is turned on by default upon redemption of the 7 Days Ride Pass.

15. All illustrations of prizes are for reference purpose only, actual colour and packaging might be different from illustration.
16. SG Bike reserves the rights to change any prizes listed in the giveaway to another prize of similar value listed in the giveaway if there are reasonable reasons to do so.
17. SG Bike employees, corporate partner employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. SG Bike reserves the right but does not have the obligation to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant disqualifies his/her entry.
18. Participants shall bear their own costs and expenses incurred in relation to and/or arising from their participation in the Contest. SG Bike is not liable for any such costs whatsoever, and no reimbursement may be sought from SG Bike.
19. The selection of winners shall be based on a lucky draw of all eligible chances within the contest period.
20. A participant will receive one chance in the giveaway draw with a qualifying ride of at least 3 minutes. There is no limit on the number of chances a participant can have.
21. Participants who liked and shared our Facebook or Instagram main giveaway post can earn an additional 3 entries for each social media platform.
22. Participants who posted a unique photo on their Facebook or on their Instagram or mentioned and tagged at SG Bike can earn 20 entries for the action.
23. Participation in the submission of photos is capped at one submission a day.
24. Participant’s social media account must be set to “Public” for photo submission to be qualified as entry.
25. SG Bike must determine that photos submitted are unique for photos submission to be qualified as an entry.
26. The total number of entries submitted by each participant will be held by SG Bike and not disclosed to participants unless on request.
27. Each participant only has the chance to win one prize from the giveaway.
28. Any cheating, manipulating, or attempt to cheat and/or manipulate the system in any ways to obtain a chance in the lucky draw contest will result in an automatic full disqualification of the participant in the contest.
29. SG Bike will reach out directly to the winners through their registered phone number and/or email addresses.
30. The winners may also be announced on SG Bike’s social media platforms, including mobile application, in which their names, photos, and last 4 digits of their registered mobile number may be published.
31. The judges’ decision in all matters relating to the Contest is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
32. All prizes must be claimed personally with proof of identification provided at the time of entry. In the event of any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
33. Winners are responsible for arranging transport, delivery and insurance of his/her own prize, and all taxes, charges, levies, fees and all other charges in relation thereto.
34. ​Failure to redeem his/her prize by the stipulated timeline or to produce the required documents for identification upon notification will result in forfeited at the sole discretion of SG Bike.
35. SG Bike shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the contest, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims in regards to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer.
36. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and their respective terms & conditions.
37. SG Bike reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is in breach of any of Terms & Conditions.
38. SG Bike reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice, and participants shall be bound to such changes.
39. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the Singapore Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
