1. The ZafigoXMangala Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is organised by Zafigo and Mangala Resort & Spa (“the Organisers”).
2. This Giveaway is only open to residents in Malaysia, 18 years and above.
3. This Giveaway runs from 20-30 September 2022.
4. In order to participate in this Giveaway, you must sign up on the form provided. Each signup earns you 1 entry. Each step earns you additional entries. When you refer a friend and they sign up to the Giveaway, you earn 3 entries. (Please note that if the friend you referred did not sign up, you will not be awarded any additional entries.)
5. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the contest period, mechanics, and prizes without prior notice.
6. 1 winner will be randomly selected and the decision is final. Winner will be notified by email.
7. The Prize is a 2D1N stay at Mangala Resort & Spa worth RMxxx.
8. The Prize may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other services in part or in full. The Prize is not transferrable.
9. By agreeing to join this Giveaway, you accept that you might receive future promotional and marketing materials from Zafigo. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party. You also consent that your name, content, and any photos/videos related to this Giveaway be published on the Organisers’ social media channels and any other publications.
10. The Organisers are not responsible for any claims or damages incurred by the winner due to the cancellation/changes of the giveaway or due to the prizes.
