Official Rules

1. The promoter of this contest is Iron Apparel.
2. This is open to USA residents 18 years old or over except employees of Iron Apparel and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the contest.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
4. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions, and by entering, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. This contest is being started with an email campaign and, at the discretion of the promoter, followed by an ad campaign on social media.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. After contest ends, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
9. Any adult resident of USA above 18 years of age may enter the giveaway and discount coupons contest by entering their name and email address. An entrant can increase their chances of winning by inviting others to the contest. A simple entry leads to the entrant receiving 10 points. For each new entrant who joins the contest through an invite using a personalized link, the inviting entrant gains an additional 10 points. Every point gained increases the chances of winning the contest.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of nature or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
13. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be received/delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Also, the decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the contest will be entered into.
16. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.
17. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.
18. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by USA laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection law and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to the sponsor of the contest and not to any other party. 
22. By entering this contest, you acknowledge that Instagram or Facebook bears no responsibility for this promotion and you release Instagram or Facebook from any liability whatsoever in connection with this contest. You understand that you are providing information to the promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the promoter, and not to Instagram or Facebook.
23. All entrants agree to receive contest-related communication from the sponsor by email.
