Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to U.S. residents only. Void where prohibited. 

2. Sponsorship

Sponsored by Humans Outside with an address of Palmer, Alaska.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. Humans Outside reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participants agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

Giveaway is open from Nov. 7, 2020 through Nov. 14, 2020 at 12 p.m. in Alaska.

5. How to Enter

Participants enter the giveaway by following Humans Outside on Instagram, sharing the giveaway on Facebook and/or registering for the Humans Outside newsletter. One (1) Instagram entry per person; up to 17 bonus entries allowed for sharing on Facebook, signing up for the Humans Outside newsletter or sharing via the contest share tool.  Instagram follows and newsletter sign-ups will be confirmed at conclusion of giveaway.  

6. Prizes

Winner will receive two Humans Outside decals, valued at $3 each. Prize is non-transferable; prize may be substituted at Humans Outside’s sole discretion; acceptance of the prize grants Humans Outside permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds

Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

8. Selection and Notification of the Winner

Winner will be selected by random drawing under Humans Outside’s supervision. Winner will be notified by email. Winner must claim his or her prize within two (2) business days of notification, and the prize may be forfeited if he/she doesn’t contact you within that time frame. 

Humans Outside is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if email security settings cause prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws etc.

9. Rights Granted by the Entrant

Winner grants Humans Outside the right to use the participant’s name, likeness, and statements for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

By selecting “Get the Humans Outside Newsletter” for contest entries, participant agrees to receive to the address provided on the entrance form email communications from Humans Outside. 

10. Terms & Conditions

Humans Outside reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the contest in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/sweepstakes.

Humans Outside retains the right to disqualify from entrance anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participant’s entry into the contest or sweepstakes constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless Humans Outside and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
