April 2020 Mindfulness Challenge
During the month of April, join HSMAI Mid-South on a challenge to create “Mindful Moments’, to ignite positive attitudes during this time of crisis.
You can earn 1 mindfulness entry every day (up to 30 entries) by pursuing a ‘Mindful Moment’ for at least 4 minutes each day. This ‘Mindful Moment’ can be as simple as sitting with your eyes closed & focusing on your breath or use your favorite app or online practice.
