How to Connect Zapier with Woorise

Zapier allows you to integrate Woorise with over 7000+ online services and apps. Zapier enables you to automate tasks between other online services such as Gmail, Airtable, ChatGPT, Dropbox, Facebook and more.

Capture data via Woorise forms that automatically creates a lead in Salesforce, a new row in a Google Spreadsheet and a new calendar event in Google Calendar. All from the same single form submission.

Make a Zap

If you have not done so already you must first sign up for a Zapier account. This can be done quick and easy and includes a 14 day free trial which gives you access to every regular and premium app and has to task or zap limits. After the free trial you can continue to use the free plan or select one of the available premium plans.

1. Login into your Zapier account.
2. Once you have reached the Zapier Dashboard, select the option Make a New Zap.
3. Select Woorise as your trigger application and then select Form Submission as the trigger.
4. Next, in your Woorise dashboard click on Integrations and activate Zapier.
5. In the top right corner of your Woorise dashboard click on Account > Profile and create a new Application Password. Make sure to store it in a safe location as it will only be displayed once.
6. Back in your Zapier account, after selecting your trigger application, you’ll need to grant Zapier access to your Woorise site by entering the following authentication credentials:
   • Site URL: Enter your Woorise site URL e.g. https://woorise.com/sitename Replace the “sitename” path with the sitename you have set for your Woorise site. You can also copy it from the Sites > Settings.
   • Username: Navigate to Account > Profile from the top right corner in your Woorise dashboard and copy the Username.
   • Password: Enter the Application Password you generated earlier.
