Action verification helps ensure that participants have completed the required steps in your campaign before a winner is selected. Depending on the type of action, verification can be handled automatically or manually.
When an action takes place on an external platform, you can verify participation by asking users to provide additional details as part of their entry. This may include text input, a link, or a file upload, and you can use conditional logic to display these fields only after the participant has completed the related action.
For example, with social actions, you might ask participants to enter their X (Twitter) username after following your account or upload a screenshot as proof. Most social platforms do not offer an API that allows Woorise to automatically confirm whether a participant has completed actions such as following a profile or subscribing to a channel, which means these actions cannot be tracked automatically.
- From the Pages main menu select the campaign you want and navigate to the Form page.
- Drag and drop a Single Line Text field under your action field. You can also use other field types depending on your verification method, such as Website, Phone, File Upload etc.
- Go to the Advanced tab of the field and enable Conditional Logic to display the field only when the participant completes the related action.

Adding extra steps may affect user participation. We recommend using manual verification only when absolutely necessary. In most cases, it’s best to keep action fields optional and instead encourage users by highlighting the value of the action — for example: “Follow our page to stay updated with exclusive content and promotions!”
