Most social platforms do not offer an API that allows Woorise to automatically confirm whether a participant has completed a social action, such as following a profile or subscribing to a channel. This means Woorise cannot directly track these actions.
However, you can still verify participation manually by asking users to provide additional information after taking the action. For example, you might request their X (Twitter) username after they follow your account or ask them to upload a screenshot as proof. This extra step helps you validate entries and ensure that participants have completed the required actions before selecting a winner.
- From the Pages main menu select the campaign you want and navigate to the Form page.
- Drag and drop a Single Line Text field under your action field. You can also use other field types depending on your verification method, such as Website, Phone, File Upload etc.
- Go to the Advanced tab of the field and enable Conditional Logic to display the field only when the participant completes the related action.

Adding extra steps may affect user participation. We recommend using manual verification only when absolutely necessary. In most cases, it’s best to keep action fields optional and instead encourage users by highlighting the value of the action — for example: “Follow our page to stay updated with exclusive content and promotions!”
