The Media Library in Woorise is a centralized storage space where you can upload, manage, and organize all your media files, including images, videos, and documents. It allows you to easily insert media into your campaigns, forms, and landing pages without the need for re-uploading.
With a user-friendly interface, you can search, edit, and reuse files, ensuring a smooth content creation process. Whether you’re adding images to a giveaway, uploading a PDF for lead magnets, or embedding a video, the Media Library streamlines your workflow, making content management more efficient.

How to add a new file
You can always add a new media file directly when opening the Media Library from a block, form field, or other locations. However, you also have the option to upload one or multiple files directly to the Media Library for later use.
This method is particularly useful when you need to upload multiple files at once or when you want to generate a file URL for use in places where the Media Library isn’t accessible.
- From the main menu, navigate to Sites.
- Locate the site you want to manage, click on the three-dot menu, and select Media.
- You will be redirected to the Media Library, where you can manage all uploaded files.
- To upload files, you can:
- Drag and drop a file directly into the Media Library.
- Click Add Media File, then drag and drop or select files from your device.
The maximum upload file size per individual file is 10 MB, but this limit can be increased upon request.
