How to Get Started with Woorise

Woorise is an all-in-one lead generation and marketing platform that helps you create engaging campaigns, collect leads, and grow your audience. Our platform makes it easy to build beautiful landing pages, forms, quizzes, surveys, viral giveaways and popups—all without coding.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to get started with Woorise to launch your first campaign. We’ll also provide helpful resources to support you along the way.

Create a Woorise site

After signing up for your free 14-day trial, you’ll be prompted to create your first Woorise Site. A Woorise Site is a dedicated workspace where you and your team can collaborate to build landing pages, forms, surveys, quizzes, giveaways and more.

Each site operates independently with its own subscription, ensuring that all data, including campaigns, entries, and team members, remains separate. To learn more about Woorise sites please check this guide.

To create a new site, navigate to the Sites from the main menu and click the Add Site button. From the three dots menu you can access all the features and settings for the current site.

  • Users: Add and manage team members, assign roles, and control access permissions.
  • Media: Allows you to add, view or manage all the media including images and videos uploaded to your site.
  • Links page: Woorise provides a links page with each site to link to all your important content.
  • Privacy tools: Provide access to data management, GDPR compliance, and tools to handle user privacy requests, including deleting or exporting their data.

Create a landing page

  1. To create a landing page navigate to the Pages from the main menu and click the Add Page button.
  2. Next, choose from a wide variety of professionally designed Woorise templates or click the Start From Scratch button to build your page from the ground up.

Woorise offers templates for different types of campaigns, including forms, quizzes, surveys, giveaways, email signups, refer-a-friend campaigns, product promotions, payment forms, instant win campaigns, photo contests and more helping you launch high-converting landing pages.

After selecting a template, you’ll be redirected to the page builder, where you can design your page using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Simply add, move, and customize blocks in the content area to create a visually appealing and high-converting landing page.

Each block comes with its own settings, allowing you to fine-tune its design and functionality to match your campaign goals.

Customize your form

In the Form tab, you can easily customize your form by adding or editing fields using Woorise’s drag-and-drop form builder. With a wide range of field types and social actions, you can create engaging and high-converting forms tailored to your needs. Just like content blocks, each form field comes with its own settings, allowing you to fine-tune its functionality and appearance.

From the same tab, you can access additional form customization options, including Confirmations, which allow you to personalize thank you pages, and Notifications, where you can set up automated email alerts triggered by specific form events.

You can also manage the main form settings to further customize your form’s behavior. Depending on the type of campaign you’re creating, additional options may become available in the Settings submenu, such as advanced Quiz and Survey settings

Share & embed

The Share tab provides options to customize your campaign’s sharing settings and quickly share it across social media, email, or via a direct link.

The Embed section provides a suite of tools to integrate your campaign into your website in multiple formats, including popups, exit-intent popups, inline and full-page embeds, side tabs, popovers, and more. To learn more how to embed a page and create powerful popups please refer to this guide.

Entries & reports

The Entries tab gives you complete control over managing and organizing your collected leads. You can edit entries to update details, search, mark entries as spam, pick winners for giveaways or delete entries to keep your database clean and organized. Additionally, you can export or import entries to analyze data, generate reports, or create detailed statistics for better insights.

The Reports tab provides a comprehensive overview of your campaign’s performance, including key insights on location, devices, traffic channels, and top referral sources, helping you analyze engagement and optimize your strategy.
