A landing page is a standalone web page designed for a specific goal, such as collecting leads, promoting a product, or driving sign-ups. In this guide, you’ll learn how to create a landing page using Woorise, step by step. We’ll cover everything from selecting a template to customizing the content and publishing your page.
Create a landing page
- In your Woorise dashboard navigate to Pages from the main menu.
- Click the Add Page button. In the Templates gallery, you can either select Start From Scratch to build a landing page from the ground up or choose a pre-designed template that best fits your needs. Templates are categorized based on different landing page types, making it easy to find one that aligns with your goals.

- Click on a template to open the Preview screen. Here, you can review the design and layout before making a selection. Once you’ve found the right template, click Use This Template in the top-right corner to start customizing your landing page.
- You will be redirected to the Create tab, where your landing page will be generated in draft status. At this stage, the page is only accessible to team members, allowing you to make edits before publishing.
Landing page options
From the Page tab in the right sidebar, you can customize all aspects of your landing page. This includes setting a page name, customizing the URL, adding custom CSS, and publishing the page when it’s ready.
Page title
By default, the campaign inherits the title of the selected template. To rename it, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, select Rename, enter a new name, and click Save.
This sets the internal name of your campaign, which will also be used as the published title. If you want a different title for public display and search engines, you can customize it in the Share tab.

Page link
Click the Link option in the right sidebar to set a custom URL for your landing page. This URL will be used when sharing the page and can be customized to match your branding or campaign needs.

Start/End date
Set a Start Date to publish and share your landing page before accepting submissions. Visitors will see a customizable message until the start time. If you want submissions to open immediately, you can skip this step.
If you want to create a time-limited campaign, setting an End Date ensures submissions close automatically at a specific time. After the campaign ends, you can use the Edit Ended Content option to display a custom message, promote your website, or announce results, such as giveaway winners or next steps.
Viral share
Encourage users to share your landing page by rewarding them with incentives, such as bonus entries for referrals. This feature is especially useful for giveaways, contests, or viral marketing campaigns to boost engagement and participation.
Refer to this guide for more details how to setting up Viral Share.

Modal
The Modal feature lets you display pop-up content, such as official rules, additional instructions, or promotional messages, directly on your landing page.
CSS
The Custom CSS feature allows for advanced design customizations, enabling you to fine-tune the appearance of your landing page. With live previews for mobile, tablet and desktop, you can adjust layouts, fonts, colors, and other styling elements to match your brand.
Check out this guide with more details on how to add custom CSS in your landing pages.
Customize landing page
The Woorise landing page builder is based on a block-based system, where each block represents an individual content element. You can add blocks for text, images, videos, audio, columns, spacing, groups, and more to structure your page effectively.
To insert new blocks, use the block inserter located in the top-left corner of the editor.

The Document Overview provides a structured view of your landing page, helping you navigate and organize blocks efficiently. You can access the Document Overview by clicking the three-line icon in the top-left corner.
It allows you to quickly see the page hierarchy, reorder sections, rename blocks, edit content, duplicate elements, or delete blocks as needed to refine your layout.

Each block has its own unique settings, which can be customized in the right sidebar when selecting a block. Depending on the block type, you can adjust options such as spacing, colors, fonts, borders, alignment, and visibility. These settings allow you to fine-tune the design and layout, ensuring your landing page looks and functions as intended.

For example, you can use the Cover or Group block to add a full-page color or image background, enhancing the visual appeal of your landing page. To learn more about adding an image or video background using the Cover block, check out this guide.
Customize form
Most of our templates include a Form block by default. However, if it has been removed or if you started with a template that doesn’t include a form, you can easily add it using the block inserter. Simply drag and drop the Form block into your landing page where you want to appear.

Form styles
By clicking on the Form block, you can access the style settings in the right sidebar. Here, you’ll find options to customize the input fields, label font size and color, field descriptions, and button colors, allowing you to match the form’s design with your landing page.
Form builder
By clicking on Form in the top menu or selecting the pencil icon from the block toolbar, you can access the form builder, where you can drag and drop new fields or edit existing ones. Each field has its own customization settings, which appear in the right sidebar when selected.
Here, you can adjust field labels, placeholders, validation rules, visibility settings, and more, allowing you to create a fully customized and user-friendly form for your landing page.

Form settings
The Form includes a wide range of settings that can be customized based on your campaign type. Many options are pre-configured when you start with an existing template, making setup easier. You can adjust settings such as submission behavior, email notifications, personal data management, submission limits, CAPTCHA, partial entries, and integrations to tailor the form to your specific campaign needs.

Publish & Share
Once your landing page is ready, go to the Create tab and click the Publish button in the top-right corner. After publishing, navigate to the Share tab to access sharing options. You can copy the page link, share it directly on social media using the built-in buttons, or customize how the title, image, and description appears on social platforms and search results.

If you prefer to embed the landing page in your websites in the Embed section, you’ll find multiple ways to integrate your landing page into your website. You can embed it inline within your content or choose from options like popups, sliders, or popovers for more interactive display. For a step-by-step guide on embedding, check out this guide.
