Picking your winners with Woorise is easy. Our automate Pick Winners tool will allow you to choose winners at random from your pool of entries with just one click or you can download your Entry Export File and manually choose a winner.
Random winners
- In your Woorise dashboard, click Pages from the main menu and select the campaign you want.
- Click the Entries tab, then click Actions > Pick Winners in the top-right corner.
- A popup will appear where you can choose the number of winners and set the following options:
- Add winners to existing ones: When enabled, new winners will be added to the existing list. If disabled, existing winners will be replaced.
- Only include entries marked with a star: When enabled, only starred entries will be included. You can star entries manually or in bulk from the Entries tab.
- Exclude unverified entries: Available only when Email Verification is enabled. Excludes entries that haven’t verified their email address.
- Click the Pick Winners button to complete the process.
Woorise does not automatically notify giveaway winners. However, you can manually contact them directly from the Woorise dashboard.

Manually pick winners
- In your Woorise dashboard, click Pages from the main menu and select the campaign you want.
- Click on the Entries tab.
- Make sure the Winners column is visible. If it’s not, click the gear icon at the top-right of the entries table to enable it.
- In the Winners column, click the trophy icon to mark an entry as a winner. Click it again to remove or invalidate the winner.
Alternative you can export all entrants and manually choose a winner. Woorise also provides a free tool to randomly pick winners from a list of entries , as well as an Instagram comment picker for selecting winners directly from post comments.
