In your Woorise Profile you can generate a custom password for specific third-party applications you wish to authorize. There may be some apps that connect to your Woorise account for example the Zapier integration.
You can generate unique passwords for these apps (e.g., you can have a different password for each app). You can then disable individual passwords and lock applications out of your account to prevent others from accessing your Woorise sites.
Add a New Application Password
To generate application-specific passwords, please take the following steps.
- Navigate to Account > Profile from the top right corner in your Woorise dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Application passwords section and give a name in the New Application Password Name field. You’re the only one who will see this name, so call it whatever you’d like—and click the Add Application Password button.
- Woorise will create a unique password where you can copy and paste it in your application. Make sure to store it in a safe location as it will only be displayed once. Application passwords can be used with or without the spaces
Revoke an Application Password
The Application passwords section will maintain a list of all the applications for which you’ve generated passwords.
If any of your devices are lost or stolen, or you wish to revoke access for a particular application, you can visit this page at any time and click the Revoke button to delete the password and prevent the app from accessing your account.
