Social media promotions are a great way to engage your audience, find new customers, and collect useful marketing data. But sponsoring such promotional campaigns requires the inclusion of legal regulations and restrictions.
Running giveaways and contests without a terms and conditions section is not a good idea. Woorise allows you 3 different ways to include terms & conditions in your campaigns.
Table of Contents
Host your terms in a popup window
This is the recommended way to host your terms or official rules on Woorise. Adding terms in a popup window allows your users to easily access them without leaving the campaign.
How to add terms in a popup window
- Select the campaign you want and from the Create page click the Edit popup button (right sidebar).
- Add the rules and click on the Publish button.
- Next, to allow your users to open the popup simply add the
#popupon any link or button in place of URL. You can even add a link on a checkbox using the following code:
<a href="#popup">Official Rules</a>
Host your terms in an external link
You can link to any external page where your terms are hosted. You can add your external link to your content, on a button or even on a checkbox choice using the following code (replace the URL with your own):
<a href="https://example.com/terms" target="_blank">Official Rules</a>
Host your terms in a new campaign
Another way is to create a new Woorise campaign to host your rules and link to it from your main campaign.
