Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive Woorise’s next stage of growth. In this role, you’ll experiment across marketing channels, run campaigns that generate qualified leads, and optimize funnels that turn visitors into paying customers. You’ll work closely with product, content, and sales teams to uncover opportunities, scale what works, and find creative ways to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partnership channels
  • Run data-driven experiments to test new growth opportunities
  • Optimize conversion funnels from first touch to sign-up to paying customer
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other paid channels
  • Collaborate with content marketing to drive organic growth through SEO and thought leadership
  • Design and manage lifecycle campaigns to improve activation and retention
  • Report on KPIs and use insights to improve performance continuously

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (preferably in SaaS)
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup/SaaS environment
