Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our customers get maximum value from Woorise. In this role, you’ll guide new users through onboarding, build strong relationships with high-value accounts, and proactively support customers so they achieve their goals and continue to grow with us. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new customers, ensuring a smooth start with Woorise
  • Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and act as their trusted advisor
  • Proactively engage customers to increase adoption and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address potential churn risks
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with support to ensure fast resolution of technical issues
  • Manage renewals and account growth for assigned customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS environment
