2022 Capital Region Tour of Lights Contest!

Martin, Harding & Mazzotti invites you to enter into our friendly competition for the most decked-out house in your area! People of all ages will delight as the homes of the Capital Region dazzle with their holiday lights adorning every corner of our community. This is your opportunity to shine and have the chance to win one of three Visa gift cards!

1st Place: $275 – 2nd Place: $150 – 3rd Place: $75

To enter the contest, please fill out form below and upload a photo of your home. We will begin accepting entries now and the last day to submit your photo is Tuesday, December 27th by noon. Only one entry per person will be valid.

Contest begins Wednesday, December 28th. The public will have a chance to vote on their favorite decked-out house. The winners will be chosen by public vote. Voting ends Thursday, December 29th, by 6PM.

Official Rules

To enter contest, please fill out form below and upload photo of your home. We will begin accepting entries on Tuesday December 20th and the last day to submit your photo is Tuesday, December 27th by 12PM. Only one entry per person will be valid.

Photos Disclaimer

All photos submitted are subject to approval.

If not approved, you must resubmit by entry deadline.

No photos featuring un-costumed persons or minors will be accepted.

Terms and Conditions

We will not accept mail entries

All Prizes are paid for and awarded by Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP

Entries will be accepted from all neighborhoods from the Capital Region

Only “individual houses may enter” no group submissions

If you are a prize winner, you agree to have your image used in any advertising or promotions (Including your name and address)

All submissions must be of a street-facing façade

The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. By filling out the Contest Form you are agreeing to the following:

We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Publicity. Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.  

Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.

Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by a contestant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt or damage ordinary and normal operation of this contest, telephone systems or websites, or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Company reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Contest is void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
